Refund policy
Eligibility and Conditions:
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please start the return process within that timeframe.
- For returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g. ordered by mistake, changed mind, found a better product elsewhere, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns due to seller error or defective/damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please get in touch with us within ONE WEEK of delivery to arrange a free return or exchange.
- We inspect all returned items. The returned product must be in new or unused condition, with all original inserts, accessories, and packaging.
- Any returns after 30 days of the purchase date will not be accepted.
Excluded Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Discounted items
- Gift cards
How to Arrange a Free Return or Exchange:
We only cover the return shipping costs for returns due to seller error or defective/damaged items. Please follow these steps within ONE WEEK:
- Contact us at czenstorageofficial@gmail.com with your order number and product photos.
- Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you.
- Schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at the carrier’s locations.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and ensure it is unused with all original product inserts, accessories, and packaging. A full refund/replacement order will be processed if all criteria are met.
Additional Notes:
- If a product shows signs of use or has any damaged or missing parts not caused by us, a partial refund will be issued based on the item's condition.
- For returns of gifted items:
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser first before gifting, the refund will be credited back to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.
- Delivery timelines for replacement items may vary depending on your location.
- For returns of items valued over $75, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
